This tournament will be played on the version 1.10a using SokuRoll 1.3. Both are included in the standard download.
Rules:
Bo3, until top 3, after which all matches are Bo5.
Both players can switch characters freely, but the player that most recently won in set must pick first. First game can be a double blind pick if requested.
If a match is deemed unplayable due to extreme lag, a coin flip will decide the winner, but only if both sides agree not to play.
However, the TO reserves the right to DQ players that have consistently laggy connections.
