This tournament will be played on Big Zam Edition included in netplay pack; off stream matches can be played using unpatched SMS.

Matches will be played thru Mednafen on Emuparadise server (more information at moonlightfight.com)

If players cannot agree on sides, coin flip or dice roll from a third party will decide who chooses their side. 

Uranus and Pluto infinites are tournament legal.

Chibi infinite backdash is tournament legal.  Good luck trying to do it on Netplay

Auto (オート) mode is banned. ACS is banned.
