Rules:

Match Procedure:

- 3 stock, 6 min

- Best of 3 for pools.  Best of 5 for top 8.

- Standard counter picking for character picks for each game within a match

- If wanted, a blind character pick for the first game of a match may be requested to the TO

Maps:

- Legal Stages: Jellyfish Fields, Harmonic Convergence, Irish Invasion, and Rooftop Rumble

- Standard Stage Striking for picking maps

- 3 starters, 1 Counterpick (rooftop)

- No DSR

TO has the final say on any match disputes.
