This tournament will be played on the latest Steam Version

Rules:

• FT2, Winners/Losers/GF are FT3.
• 3 Rounds, Timer 99.
• Self reporting until Top 8, Top 8 will be streamed. Refer to the TOs for when to go up to the lobby.
• Any lobby server can be used for matches, but Top 8 will be played in US East ONLY in a specific room for streaming with TO.
• Players will be required to report disputes with screenshots or video evidence to TOs.
• All characters & stages allowed.
• Character selection is double blind by default. Characters can be changed freely.
